Due to the perishable and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Refunds are only issued if:

Deliveries within Nairobi: 2–4 hours.

Deliveries outside Nairobi: 24–72 hours.

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and displayed at checkout.

No refunds for change of mind.

Refunds apply only for incorrect or damaged items.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
